This particular form of snobbery makes me angry, because in a way it's also rather ableist - e-books are far more accessible, in many ways, to someone with a disability like my own than print books can be. Not only can you change the print size and often the contrast and brightness of the text against the background, you don't have to have the manual dexterity necessary to turn individual pages when you're using an e-reader. They're more accessible to me and it makes me so angry that people try to shame me, basically for that! *fumes*
